Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing all bookings, customer service and online sales. The Administrative Assistant must provide the highest quality of customer service to all Clients and Patients, at all times.

Job Qualifications and Skills

3-5 years’ experience working within an Administrative role

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment

Knowledge of DHA/HAAD processes and procedures

Ability to multitask

Ideally Arabic speaking
