The Business Development Specialist is to identify sales leads, pitch services to new and potential Clients and maintain a good working relationship with all contacts. The Business Development Specialist must acquire the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy on behalf of the business.
Prepare monthly report to the ATI Marketing Team and Head of Healthcare on requirements for the business for the following month
Understanding and finding new business and markets to enter on behalf of the business
Understand new ways to enter the insurance market within Dubai
Understanding the industry and its competitors
Preparing presentations with the ATI Marketing Team
Negotiating contracts with Clients and ensuring deals are closed on behalf of the business
Receiving KPIs from the Head of Healthcare on a yearly basis and monitoring these to ensure they are being met
Preparing the competitor analysis report and provide to the Head of Healthcare monthly
Resolve any customer complaints on behalf of the business
Ensuring the Client Care Team are responding to queries within the correct timeframe
Monitor the lead conversion rate weekly
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives in conjunction with ATI marketing team
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a Sales role
A degree in business management or equivalent
