Motion Graphics Designer

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the evolution of storytelling and content creation for ATI Group and its clients. The Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for editing video and motion graphics and delivering outstanding video content.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with Creative Director to interpret, conceptualise and execute high quality video content

Visualise production scripts, briefs, understand client requirements to produce great results

Assist Creative Director in setup and capture of shots to fulfill the brief, this includes basic lighting and optimal audio capture.

Editing video projects using Adobe Premiere Pro (dialogue cutting, editing consultant and trouble-shooter), After Effects Wizard.

Data wrangling, encoding & delivering for web & social

Media management and archiving of completed jobs

Clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the process

Maintain consistent brand representation and unified look and feel for the company image

Manage multiple projects in various stages of production simultaneously

Ensure current knowledge and creative edge in operation of equipment in support of all video production, studio or remote.

Qualifications & Desired Skills

2-4 years of experience in the video/television field as a Videographer executing videos of all types including, but not limited to: branded messaging videos, product based videos, interviews, how-to-demos.

Prior agency or in-house creative services experience with demonstrated customer service acumen and the ability to ensure a consistent visual brand for clients

Experience in camera operation, DSLR & digital video cameras, sound equipment and the overall production process is essential

Tech savvy, with considerable knowledge of audio/visual equipment, hardware, software, troubleshooting and techniques used in video production & editing

Proficiency and proven track record in storytelling to create clear and inspiring content designed for multiple channels

Enthusiastic, self-motivated and ability to work independently

Good team player with strong interpersonal skills

Demonstrable commercial acumen, the ability to combine creativity with business goals

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal

Creative with an extraordinary eye for detail and resourcefulness to deliver high-quality content every time.

Well organised with a strong sense of prioritisation and problem-solving skills working within a dynamic environment.

Flexible with good initiative able to deal with ambiguity (asking the right questions, anticipating needs, being resourceful and preparing for a number of outcomes).

Working knowledge of producing specifically for social media platforms

Desirable experience of using HTML & Flash, Photoshop, Motion, After Effects
