The Technician supports the MEP Technical Team in attending scheduled bookings on behalf of the company to ensure the services provided are at the highest standard with support of their MEP Supervisor. The MEP Technician is to provide outstanding customer service at all times.
Ensure all bookings are completed within the correct timeframe, with the support of the Technician.
Understand the requirements within the home or site
Provide feedback to the MEP Supervisor if there are additional works required to complete the project and request advice when required
Provide feedback to the Supervisor if additional materials are required and may need to be procured
Ensure all required works within the home or unit are completed with the highest professionalism and within the required timeframe
2-3 years’ experience working within a similar technical role
Ability to work well under pressure and in fast paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask
